PROVISIONAL RESERVATION
By making a provisional reservation you are
not committed to the hire. On receiving the provisional
reservation we shall contact you to confirm the availability
of the motorhome, cost of the hire and answer any other
questions you have. If you wish to confirm the booking at
that point we shall ask you for a non-refundable deposit
of £250 which can be paid by card over the phone or
by cheque. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit
has been received.
PRICES ARE FOR GUIDELINE ONLY.
Prices include VAT, vehicle insurance, breakdown cover, unlimited mileage and gas.
Prices can vary on special event dates when demand is very high.
At some times a minimum length of hire may be required.
There is an additional charge for European insurance cover where the motorhome is used outside of the UK. |
At most times we can arrange delivery to your door (small charge made for this).
At most times we can provide optional extras (small charges made for these items).
INSURANCE EXCESS
We hold an insurance excess of £1,000 which is payable before collection of the motorhome and returned to you at the end of the hire as per our terms and conditions.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
There is a 2.5% charge on hire fees paid by credit card. This fee does not apply to debit card payments or the insurance excess.
